a. Payments: Make IT in can be paid by for on a monthly basis or an annual basis. You agree that you will pay all relevant invoices in a timely manner.

b. General: You will only use this service for lawful internal business purposes related to recruitment.

c. Usage limitations: you must not abuse the publishing functions or data storage functions in Make IT in. They are intended to help companies recruit people and should not be used for any other purpose.

15. Intellectual Property

All intellectual rights related to the code and design of Make IT in remain the property of Assemblypoint Ltd.

Title to, and all intellectual property rights, to the data stored in the application is your property. You grant Make IT in the right to store, backup and manipulate the data so that you can use the service. Access to the data is contingent upon all payments being up to date.

Make IT in makes every effort to provide continuous access to your data and has a number of processes in place to protect against any data loss. This includes daily backups of data and data replication on the Windows Azure platform. However, no system can be fully protected against the potential of data loss. For this reason we cannot accept any liability for data loss. It is your obligation to ensure you backup your own data.

16. Termination

Either party can terminate this agreement with one month’s written notice. There is a free trial period associated with the use of the service. After this trial period has ended you may choose to delete your company account or continue using the service.

16. General

If any provision or term of these Terms and Conditions of Use shall become or be declared illegal, invalid or unenforceable for any reason whatsoever, such term or provision shall be severable from the other Terms and Conditions of Use and shall be deemed to be deleted from them.

Failure by either party to exercise any right or remedy does not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.
